Optimizing Your Value Stream
To compete in a disruptive global market, every organization needs to deliver valuable technology solutions at the speed of business. This two-day, remote-enabled, interactive course—purpose-built for SAFe Virtual Classroom—helps people across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles work together to optimize their value stream from end to end. Attendees will learn what DevOps is, why it is important to every role, and design a Continuous Delivery Pipeline that is tailored to their business. Attendees work in cross-functional teams to map their current state value stream from concept to cash, identify major bottlenecks to flow, and build an actionable implementation plan that will accelerate the benefits of DevOps in their organization.

Attendees who pass the certification exam will receive:
- SAFe Scrum Master certificate
- A SAFe 5 Scrum Master digital badge to promote your accomplishment online
- A one-year certified membership as a SAFe Scrum Master, which includes access to the SSM Community of Practice
- A SAFe Scrum Master certification usage guide with SSM certification marks
- Access to a variety of learning resources to support certified professionals during their SAFe journey
Certificates expire one year from the date the certification is earned.

- Cost: First attempt included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake or attempt past the 30-day window is $50
¿Cómo puedes participar?
No hay requisitos previos para este curso remoto, aunque se recomienda que el participante tenga conocimientos o fundamentos en Agile.
Con respecto a los requisitos tecnológicos, a continuación, se enlistan algunos de los principales elementos que estaremos utilizando durante el curso:
- Conexión: Buena conexión a internet.

¿Cuándo son las sesiones?
Este curso remoto tendrá una duración de 18 horas, distribuidas en 6 sesiones de máximo 3 horas por sesión. Este curso inicia el día sábado 1 de abril y termina el domingo 2 de abril.
Las sesiones remotas con el Facilitador se llevarán a cabo el sábado y domingo de 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. (GMT/UTC-05:00) - Hora de la Ciudad de México. Estos son los horarios establecidos para las sesiones:
- Sesión 1: Sábado 1 de Abril - 7:00 am - 10:00 am
- Sesión 2: Sábado 1 de Abril - 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
