Aligning strategy with execution using the Scaled Agile Framework with Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management is a two-day interactive course that includes an optional one-day “Getting Started with LPM” workshop.
In this course, attendees will gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.
Participants in the course will have the opportunity to capture the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives for achieving the portfolio vision. Participants will be able to establish portfolio flow with the Portfolio Kanban and prioritize epics for maximum economic benefit. The course also provides insights on how to establish Value Stream Budgets and Lean Budget Guardrails and measure the Lean portfolio performance.

- Exam duration: SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager Exam (6.0) – Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam

- Passing score: SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager Exam (6.0) – 32 out of 45 (71%)

- Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
- Retake policy: Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
Este curso online tendrá una duración de 24 horas, distribuidas en 8 sesiones de 3 horas por sesión. Este curso inicia el lunes 3 de julio y termina el martes 18 de julio.
Las sesiones remotas con el Facilitador se llevarán a cabo los días lunes, martes, miércoles y jueves de 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. (GMT-06:00) - Hora de la Ciudad de México. Estos son los horarios establecidos para las sesiones:

- Conexión: Buena conexión a Internet.
- Equipo: Dispositivo para conectarte a las sesiones (por ejemplo: PC o Laptop).
- Video: Cámara de video para las sesiones.
- Herramientas: Descargar e instalar Zoom en su equipo.
- Materiales: Tener una cuenta en Gmail para usar Google Drive.
- Plataformas: Tener una cuenta de Miro.
